Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 22bb platform, including all games, betting services, account features, payment processing, and any other services provided through the website at 22bb.lat. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 22bb. By creating an account, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 22bb platform and close your account. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balances, or other remedies available to 22bb under these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Use of the 22bb platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet these requirements before registering an account or placing any wager.

• ▸You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is a firm requirement with no exceptions. 22bb may request proof of age at any time and may suspend account access pending verification.
• ▸You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of 22bb complies with all laws applicable to you in your location.
• ▸You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• ▸You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 22bb or any affiliated entity. Employees and their immediate families are prohibited from maintaining a player account.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of games and services available on 22bb, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and to set a secure password. Each individual may hold only one active account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 22bb reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. You must notify 22bb support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 22bb will never ask for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or phone calls.

• ▸Account registration is free of charge. There is no fee for creating or maintaining a 22bb player account.
• ▸You must provide accurate personal details during registration and keep those details up to date. Any changes to your registered mobile number must be communicated to 22bb support promptly.
• ▸22bb may require you to complete identity or age verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.
• ▸Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 22bb will attempt to notify you before taking any action on a dormant account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 22bb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 22bb does not impose currency conversion charges. The supported payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals are the Bangladeshi mobile financial services listed below. 22bb does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties — you may only deposit from and withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name.

Deposit Rules

Deposits are credited to your 22bb account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single-deposit limit, though 22bb may apply transaction monitoring for unusually large deposits consistent with anti-money-laundering obligations.

• ▸Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Only accounts registered in your own name may be used to deposit funds. Deposits from third-party payment accounts will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed by 22bb within 5 to 15 minutes of submission during normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests submitted during high-traffic periods (such as BPL or IPL evenings) may take slightly longer but are processed in queue order. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid to the same mobile financial service account used for your most recent deposit unless you notify 22bb support of a change.

• ▸Active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover condition has been fully met. Real-money balances (funds deposited by the player that are not subject to a wagering requirement) may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

22bb offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term shall prevail for that promotion. The following general principles apply to all bonuses offered by 22bb unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

• ▸Opening or operating more than one player account, or providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification, is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• ▸Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics is strictly prohibited.
• ▸Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker variants, coordinated live casino play, or sharing hole cards in card games, is prohibited.
• ▸Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using funds of uncertain or illegal origin to fund a 22bb account is prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• ▸Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communication directed at 22bb staff or other players via any platform channel (live chat, email, or in-game chat) is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Amendments to These Terms

22bb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms is always the version published on the 22bb platform. By continuing to use the platform after any amendment takes effect, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms.
